Vitality Plus: If You're 50 or Over

Staying healthy and active is key to getting the most out of life. An exciting program of Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network is designed to help you do just that.

The program is Vitality Plus, and it is available in two options - Vitality Plus Gold and Vitality Plus Community.

The Gold membership has a low annual fee and offers a multitude of features for individuals or couples, from exercise classes, seminars on Health Care topics, computer classes and cooking demonstrations to invitations to social events. Vitality Plus members also get discounts on prescriptions, health care products, area health clubs, airline tickets and hotel reservations, as well as many other products and services.

The community membership is a no-fee option that lets you try out some of the benefits of Vitality Plus Gold.
